Welcome to Harlow Tae Kwon Do. My name is Mick Sullivan and I am a 3rd Dan Black Belt TAGB (Tae Kwon Do Association of Great Britain) Instructor (CRB checked) based at Passmores Academy in Harlow. GRADING DATES: Jul 7th, Sep 22nd and Dec 15th.

A teacher from Passmores Academy has kindly given us 3 tickets to see a final at the London Olympic Games. All names are now in the hat, we will carry out the draw on Wednesday 30th May!!

Summer BBQ is going to be at the Cock Inn Public House on Sunday 24th June. There is a competition on that day at Kettering. If lots of you want to enter the competition we will rearrange the BBQ for another day of necessary. At the moment the BBQ will be on 24th June, training from 10 til 12 and then BBQ straight after. Please see Angie urgently if you wish to enter the competition.

TRAINING SUNDAY MORNINGS

Training is still available on Sunday mornings free of charge at Paringdon Sports and Social Club so make the most of it whilst available. Look forward to seeing you all!!! From 9.30am til 11.00am.
