Just to clarify, red belts and upwards.
You will need attend all three pre-black sessions before your black belt grading;
which is either April or October depending on when you obtain your black stripe.
In between, you need to attend at least one pre black belt session every 6 months from red belt onwards which are normally in Luton and Romford for 1 hour.
